Return & Refund Policy

At Abubakr Fashion Tailors, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-tailored or made-to-order garments.
• Personalized or embroidered products made to your specifications.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. Return Request

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
• For approved returns for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

7. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order includes a custom-made item, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
